Kaptuetagne Holding publishes an independent bi-monthly magazine about the Cape Agulhas coastal region. Each edition includes long-form essays, interviews, archival photography, and practical tide tables. The walking guide series is published separately and covers dune boardwalks and salt marsh trails. All material is produced for general information and personal reading.
You may read, print, and share individual articles for non-commercial purposes, provided you keep the byline and the journal name intact. You may not republish a full edition, sell the tide tables, or present the content as your own. When you quote from an essay or an interview, please credit the journal and the author.
The tide tables are compiled from published maritime data and are intended for shore anglers and casual walkers. They are not a substitute for official navigational charts or real-time weather warnings. Trail notes describe conditions at the time of writing; sand movement, tides, and seasonal weather can change a route quickly. Always check local conditions before heading out.
The editorial team takes reasonable care in preparing the magazine, but we do not guarantee that every statement is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Kaptuetagne Holding is not liable for any loss or injury arising from the use of the tide tables, the walking guides, or any other content. You use the information at your own discretion.
